Effective Dec 26/20 modified services will be in place to accommodate the government's forced closure to foot traffic.
We will now be closed Dec 25 - 27. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
Staff will be on-site Dec 28-30 from 11-4 to provide curbside pick-up/exchanges. Please call the shop at 613-332-1196 from your vehicle when you arrive and a team member will assist you.
For the month of January until the closures are lifted, curbside pick-up will be available on select days, by appointment. Updates will be posted to Facebook and IG regularly.

💚Book your private shopping appointment at West Wind.
The holidays are fast approaching and everyone is trying to get their shopping done early this year. We know that some households have vulnerable family members and are not comfortable shopping during regular hours when other customers are in the store. To accommodate the needs of our customers who want to shop in person but are trying to minimize all contact with people outside of their bubble, we are now offering private appointments.
Appointments are available Tuesday - Saturday in half hour blocks before we open in the morning.
Appointments are available for individuals or for small groups all in the same "bubble". Mask wearing is still required.*

*As always, customers who are unable to wear a mask may call or email their order for contact-free curbside pick-up -- virtual facetime shopping is available if needed.

|Our hand cleaning counter for outside our shop|
🌼We understand that even with increased safety measures in place, some of our valued customers will prefer to use contact-free curbside pick-up. We will continue to offer this service for as long as needed, and of course, shipping will also be available for our out-of-town customers. The safety and comfort of our customers and team is always our top priority.
✅Hand sanitizer is available for customer use at our front door and cash area. Please use it!
✅We will be disinfecting our counter area between customers, and cleaning high contact areas like door handles, railings, etc frequently throughout the day.
✅A plexiglass barrier has been installed at our cash area.
✅Team members will be hand washing and using hand sanitizer frequently and have face masks for their personal use.
✅Our fitting room will be available if an item absolutely has to be tried on, and the room will be disinfected after each use. Items that have been tried on and not purchased will be put in the backroom for 72 hours before being put back out for sale.
✅Floor markers have been installed throughout the shop to encourage social distancing, and signage is posted to remind customers to stay 6 ft away (one moose length) from others.
✅We will limit the number of customers in our shop to ensure social distancing protocols can be followed.
❎If you are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 please do not enter the shop. Call us to place an order instead.
✅Hand sanitizer is available, please use it.
✅We encourage customers to wear a protective facemask. (We'll have some super cute ones available soon!)
✅Use the moose tracks throughout the shop to stay safely away from other people.
⚠️Please only touch items you plan to purchase. Our team members will be happy to check prices, find sizes, to help minimize the handling of items.
⚠️Please avoid trying garments on unless absolutely necessary.
✅Debit and credit card purchases are preferred over cash.

As per the Ontario government's guidelines, we will be re-opening our store to foot traffic on Tuesday, May 19.
Rest assured, we will be taking precautions to keep our customers and team members safe.

Markers (moose tracks, of course) are being placed throughout the shop to encourage social distancing, and signage will be hung to remind customers to stay 6 ft away from others.
