The summer cottage season officially starts this weekend, and we're packed full of fantastic new products.

• As always, we are Bancroft's EXCLUSIVE dealer of Woolrich clothing. We've got Woolrich casual clothing for men and women, including shirts, pants, shorts and footwear.

• Neon Buddha spring clothing for Women, exclusively available at West Wind, is now in stock and flying off the shelves

• As Bancroft's only authorized Hatley dealer, we've got lots of new styles of PJs to choose from for women and children, and tees, boxer shorts and ball caps for men
• Our kitchen area has been redone and expanded offering an even greater variety of products including new linens, salt and pepper mills, and the Boston Warehouse Animal House kitchen accessories line. What fun!

• You asked for it, and we got it! West Wind is once again carrying Laurentian Chief moccasins for men and women. New styles in stock now!

Spring is upon us, and as the rain washes away the snow and the lakes start to open, we are gearing up for the first long weekend of the cottage season.

With the arrival of milder weather, and loads of sunshine we're all starting to think about Spring and the coming cottage season. We've spent the last few weeks placing orders and getting ready for Spring. We have some exciting new products scheduled to arrive for the kick off of cottages season, including lots of products made in Canada!

New products have already started to arrive and are being very well received during this, our busiest winter ever! Some of the goodies that are now in stock include:

• Stone mats -- these popular stone mats sold out within days of arriving last fall! We are now restocked and have new designs to choose from! These mats are perfect for indoor our outdoor use, and look fabulous in bathrooms.

Newf Rescue Calendars!

Finally, the 2009 Newf Friends Newf Rescue calendars are ready to go!

The calendars are the same style as we used last year for the Canadian Newf Rescue calendars - extra large 12 x 18, high quality, high gloss paper, metal spiral binding across the top and over 50 full colour images!

Most of you will recognize at least some of this year's gorgeous models who include Matilda, Marin, Darcy, Volare, Murphy, Mary, Neptune, Ozzy, Bower, Zoë, Caera, and of course, no Newf rescue calendar would be complete without everyone's favourite Basset hound, Floyd.

Calendars can be picked up in Bancroft, ON at West Wind or purchased ONLINE

All proceeds go directly to Newf Friends in Ontario, Canada to assist Newfoundland Dogs and Newf mixes in need. Newf Friends is a foster based Newfoundland Dog Rescue group working in partnership with the wonderful team of volunteers at HART

A Great Time for Everyone

Annabelle gives a cart ride to two Woof Walk participants

Saturday October 4th was HART's Woof Walk at millennium park. We were there to show our support and to provide some fun for all of the participants. As a HART volunteer as well as the co-founder of Newf Friends Newfoundland Dog Rescue I was in attendance with a few of my dogs, and several of my friends made the journey to Bancroft with their Newfs to help out for the day.

 

Annabelle was also in attendance and she took turns giving cart rides to some of the spectators as well. Fun was had by all and prizes we donated were given to the people who brought in the highest and second highest amount of pledges. It was a great day spent raising much needed funds for a great cause.

Bfofo is finally in stock

Our Bfofo order is in stock now with several new pieces for your fall wardrobe. We expect more to arrive from Bfofo in about 2 weeks time.
