Great news, it just got easier to shop local and help build a better Bancroft!
West Wind will be the drop off point for Magnificent Hill's Community Supported Agriculture (CSA*) program this summer. That's right, you don't need to live near their farm to participate, you can pick up your fresh, locally grown, chemical free produce right in town. How great is that? Now it's super easy to support local farmers, eat healthy foods, do something good for the environment and ensure that your hard earned dollars remain in our community.
Here's how it works: You register for the program now and every Monday for 12 weeks, starting around the middle of July, Magnificent Hill will drop off your basket of fresh, seasonal produce direct from their farm to our shop for your pick-up. So easy!
Registration forms are available at West Wind so drop by for more info about participating in this great program. You'll need to sign up soon before the growing season starts so don't delay and miss out on this fantastic opportunity!
Supporting local farmers and their CSA program is just one of the many ways that West Wind is committed to building a better Bancroft.This summer in addition to more Canadian made products, you can also expect to see more locally made items for sale in our shop, like Magnificent Hill's goat milk soaps and beeswax candles, locally made artwork and photography, and so much more.
